Blushing for no reason? Help?

kk, i blush a lot on really stupid things ..and for no reason at all. Nothings embarrassing, but i just turn red and my heart starts beating like, really fast for no reason :/.. so i asked this question before but only one person answered it.. and the advice was to put on the concealer on? :/ i know what it looks like, but how would you put them on? i've never put them on before.. i've worn makeup, but i haven't put any concealer on.. any advices about the 'concealer' or anything else that might help me get rid of the blush?

p.s Many people told me if i really want to sorta hide my blushing.. i should try the concealer.. and i don't really want to take any medicine or drugs.. something to cover it up.Blushing for no reason? Help?
