If you broke out after using blush on you lips, then it is likely contact dermatitis. Hypo allergenic doesn't mean you won't personally be allergic to it. That just means your less likely to be allergic to that product than one that doesn't claim to be hypo allergenic.
Stop using that specific blush and use another company.
